Our mission is to provide you with the tools, resources, and experiences necessary to make a significant impact in your community.

Our comprehensive curriculum focuses on civic education, social impact, personal growth, and professional development.

As part of our program, you will connect with the rich history and vibrant culture of Texas’ Black community. You will gain exposure to a network of established community leaders, fostering relationships that will enhance your leadership journey. The program aligns with your passions and goals, serving as a platform for you to address a pressing need in the community.
